My dad had a yamaha synth back then. I don't remember the model, but it was pretty rad. Then he went all Technics for 20 years.

I'll check when I go to my parents' house, but while they may still have the cables, the adapter itself was probably sent to the recycling centre years ago.

@Adamixoye if I find the cables, do you want to purchase beige MOJO midi cables for the 80s? 45$ each.

I have about 7-8 unused MIDI cables (the too-long cheap ones I bought before going custom) that AN UNNAMED BREEDER was ready to buy about three times before backing out. So, nah.

I think I really should update my studio before doing anything more to my board. With the new computer it actually feels pretty good to work in. I just need better monitoring, thats the Achilles heel at the moment. I've wanted to do more mastering too. Better monitoring again.

Vaporware – doesn't keep the food fresh, but it locks in the fumes.

Vaporwear – Looks great trying it on and the first time you wear it, but falls apart during the first wash and the thread completely unravels.
