Verellen Meatsmoke Hybrid experience?

New custom Meatsmoke preamp. Channel one is super clean. The boost is the regular channel one of the meatsmoke preamp. I wanted it as clean as possible on channel one and mild to medium od the for the boost. Also added the ultra high and low switches on each channel.

Ben did an amazing job as usually. One change I'm going to make is to get my guitar player to make some new sides from oak or maple and use a transparent white (like my Meatsmoke tube head).

DirtyDuke: can you tell me a little more about the ultra low switch? Is it a low shelf EQ? Do you know at what frequency? (I presume it is in the Sub range)?
Also, do you think that this would be suitable on the Meatsmoke Hybrid? I find it lacks a little sub-low end at times...

Never followed up after receiving my Meatsmoke, but I LOVE it. Light as a feather. Massive low end. Tons of power. Overdrive channel rips.

Only issue I had was there was a microphonic preamp tube that started making a pretty nasty whine, but I replaced it and it immediately solved the problem.

Ben made my dream amp!

Sorry I don't know what the ultra low frequencies are. I can ask Ben. But they are the same as on the Meatsmoke all tube amp. I had Ben add an ultra Low and Ultra High pull pot on my meatsmoke hybrid and couldn't be happier. So much so that I added them to my custom pedal.

Adds some serious bottom. If I had to guess I'd say they are set at 40hz.
