I've seen them live, and heard that song played. There were 8 15" subs on the stage and a stack of DBX compressors in the PA stack. This was in a theater that held maybe 500 people.
I'm sure it's a natural note, as the low B is around 30hz, which is really damn low. Given the right EQ, and plenty of subwoofer, it will make a room shake.
