Victoria Bassman clone (45410)

I actually love the old Bassman 410 combos for bass, when going for a vintage sound. Of course, it is most well-known as a killer guitar amp, but I've got to say, I really dig the bass sound as well.

I've had a chance to play several vintage units, but I haven't found anyone willing to sell locally, and I don't want to buy a vintage amp that I have to ship.

I'm wondering however about the Victoria Bassman clones. I know they're an equally smokin' guitar amp from the clips I've heard, but I haven't been able to try one, and I haven't been able to find any clips of anyone using them with a bass either.

Anyone have any experience?

I suspect that for the price you'd have to pay for that amp you'd be able to buy a real bass amp and have money in your pocket.

In all seriousness, I play guitar as well, and I'll probably buy it anyway for that sake. I'm just curious as to what they sound like with a bass.

I´m also very interested in knowing how they sound/work with bass compared to the old ones...
