The bass seems to be working perfectly in passive mode now (I updated the wiring diagram previously posted). However, I did discover that the pickups, even though they are soapbars, are apprently single-coil and not humbuckers as I'm getting random eletromagnetic interference. William Villex suggested that this may be the case saying that he had created some soapbar single-coils in the past.
The issue I'm having now is that when the OBP-3 is active the sound is low and dull and even picks up radio station interference(!). I'm not sure what the issue could be, as I wired it exactly as from the supplied diagram with exception to the additional mid pot and wiring for the pickups. I guess it's possible that that may be causing some type of conflict.
Anyone have any thoughts/suggestions?
