Something about vintage basses, specifically the 80's MIJ basses really feel special to me. Right now I have an 81 Cardinal Series 380 CSB bass, and I've been looking to add more Aria's to the collection, I have my eye on a couple SB elites now actually. But my question to anybody knowledgeable about vintage instruments is are these going to be worth collecting? I don't want to buy more basses from this era if they're going to be worth less than what they're at now in a few years time. Give any opinions or forecasts, or just discuss vintage MIJ basses.
