Vintage blue line svt help

I think I am having the most trouble with the smaller wire connections from the transformer that supplies the 6.3v. One set solid blue/black and one set black-white and blue-white and how they connect to the strip and molex. in addition some have an external fuse and some don't.
Since the wiring has been messed with, every connection in the amp needs to be scrutinized and validated. The schematics and drawings I have provided are all the technical materials a qualified tech would need. What you seem to lack is the necessary knowledge to read the schematics, analyze the circuits, and then synthesize a suitable solution.
The connections and the way the circuits are physically laid out does not have to exactly match the way they are drawn on schematics. What is necessary is the knowledge and experience necessary to wire up an electrically equivalent circuit and avoid making any "illegal" connections.

Take the amp to a qualified tech.

I took three years of vocational electronics in high school. I also completed a 6-to 9-month electronics program at a military technical training school.

In both programs it was necessary to gain the necessary knowledge before I was allowed to poke around in live electronic circuits. As a tech-school graduate in the military I was not allowed to work on equipment unless supervised by a fully qualified technician.

You graduate as a 3 skill level (apprentice). When you get to your first assignment you continue studying, taking tests and working with supervision to achieve a 5 skill level (Journeyman). The upgrade process takes 12-18 months. After qualifying as a Journeyman, you can work unsupervised on equipment classified as low voltage. However, if I remember correctly, even as a Journeyman you can't work on-high voltage circuits without a second technician present. FYI the SVT would would qualify as a high-voltage circuit.

Time to consider getting an education, either through a trade school program or a college electronics program of some kind.

I took 5-1/2 years of university electrical engineering. I also trained a lot of techs in structured troubleshooting, and I write service manuals as part of my day job. It’s a lot of work, but it’s how you learn safety first, then others skills.
 
While I study the power side schematic. I got some work done on the pre amp. Polarity switch delete.
Does it look correct?

That looks positively dreadful, and there's no way to know if it's correct from a picture. To guess is both dangerous and stupid IMO.
