Vintage Fender Jazzmaster Bass????

Has anyone ever heard of one of these? I heard stories of one twice in my lifetime, but, can't find anything online or in any of the numerous books that I have read. If anyone has one or has pics, please post!

The first one I ever saw, and I believe the first one ever built, came out of the Fender custom shop in the nineties. Sherwood Green and built for the guy from Blur if I recall correctly.
