Thanks for posting this. Already looks like an affordable alternative to the Anima Nova CF sound post. I'm curious to get more opinions.

Seems like the former “Klang-Zauberstab” from Willi Balsereit/Diastrad has been sold to them. (Diastrad had a rather aggressive marketing about six years ago.)
Maybe some minor modifications, but the same principle.
Don’t forget that you need the adjustment tools too: 90 €.
So in total it is 349 €.

Maybe they have simply moved and changed their company name as both are not far from my home.

As far as I know the Amina Nova has a very fine thread and can be adjusted finer for pressure. But the cost of it is a bit prohibitive.

Any thoughts?

Probably in comparison to soundposts which had not fitted well to the angle of the top. The adjustable ones have hinged ends that adapt themselves to the top.
But thinking about that once again I doubt that’s the reason.

if it's 18mm in diameter, and an ordinary placement is say 12mm, it would end up just 3mm from the bridge...like a violin...

That‘s indeed a bit close.

Another idea:
Maybe the adjustable feet are elastic and the full pressure happens only at the center. Then the center of the adjustable post presses at the the same point as the inner edge of the traditional wooden post when moved half a wooden post diameter towards the bridge.
