volume inconsistency for musicman stingray

Hey guys. I've played a stingray four for several years now. i love it, but ive always noticed that my g string is quieter than the others. I took into the repair shop to get it fixed, but now i sense that my E string is now quieter than the other three. Is there a way to get a solid balance in volume through more precise adjustments, or do i need to prioritize which one i want louder?
