Volume knob on Mark Hoppus bass

So i brought my Mark Hoppus bass to guitar center for a new volume knob and they didnt have a single knob that fit it and i measured it and im pretty sure its 1/4" but i dont want to buy a new knob off of amazon.com unless im positive it will fit does anyone know more about this?

Is it a solid or split shaft? Any P bass knob should work.

Its just a regular P bass knob, the shaft on the Pot should be solid and CTS.Some knobs have a smaller hole because they fit over small asian import pots.
