Has anyone out ther ever tried this? Taking the solid 6 tones from the vt bass and running it through the zoom b3 and direct to the mixer using the Di out. Basically wanted to use the b3 just for effects, Vt bass deluxe has already covered my needs for a few solid tones. Is this possible, I mean is the n3 worth it, without the amp emulation?

Vt bass into zoom b3

I also want to know, how good is the zoom b3 as an audio interface? Is there latency issues? Will I also be able to set good tones with the vt bass and zoom b3 using the headphone option in the b3?
That should work just fine. I've run an SFT into the B3 with great results. The B3 has solid effects IMO, it's not bewtique but its quality, highly tweakable, flexible, etc.
