Belgian, with bacon inside.
That is all
Yes, please- but I like the bacon on the side. A large helping will do nicely. Can I get a refill on my coffee while yiou're at it? Thanks!
Butter only please. No syrup, jelly, or anything else. Just butter.
You just had to kill the innocence of my breakfast dream didn't you?
I would definitely have a natural syrup on mine. Not too big of a fan of sweets most of the time. Depends on my mood, or status of sobriety
Belgian, chocolate chips inside, with butter and real maple syrup, hot maple syrup. Bacon on the side is good, also covered with syrup.
If I want to go overboard I add berries and whipped cream on top of the afore mentioned mixture. Beautiful.
Pecans and blueberries inside with butter and maple syrup!!!
+1 on this but pecans and blueberries in separate waffles, not mixed together.
Works for me.
butter and syrup, keep it classic. mix some of my homemade granola in the batter if i'm feeling froggy
At home - cinnamon toaster waffles slathered with a heated mixture of chunky peanut butter, maple syrup & butter.
Going out - a restaraunt up in Boulder called "The Buff", where they serve "Saddlebag" pancakes stuffed with your choice of bacon, sausage or one of each, and they will do this with waffles on request.
Best. Waffles. Ever.
sweet potato waffles with pecans in the batter
Bacon coated with brown sugar, chipotle, and pecans on the side.
Holy smokes, that sound right up my alley. I'm trying that this weekend
I like waffles, not so much syrup though. At least not the fake crap. I'll take a little bit of real maple syrup and a little bit of jelly. Or peanut butter and make a sammich.
Cream cheese is friggin tasty on it as well.
I used this recipe for the bacon, but substituted Chipotle for the Cayenne, and added chopped pecans. Sugared both sides and baked them on a wire cooling rack set over a sheet pan. totally worth the effort
Thank you! I'll be cooking this for the gf and I tomorrow morning.
I usually just put peanut butter on mine, now I'm craving some REAL waffles.
by real waffles I mean something that doesn't come pre-packaged and frozen.
