Wal basses-short question

what is the difference between Wal Mach I, Mach II and Mach III?

Well, a "Mach 1" is the name that some people use to refer to the MkI series, whereas the "Mach II" refers to the second version of the MkI, known as the "MkII".

The "Mach III" is a different propostion altogether! This is the common misnomer used to describe Wal's third (and final) "standard" body shape, known to it's makers and owners as the MkIII.

:D Was that heavy enough on the sarcasm front for you James ;)?

Anyway, you may find that you get better Google results, if you put in "Wal MkII" etc. than "Wal Mach II" (or even Mach 2) ;).
