I use these quite often,$12 welcome mat from Wally world, made of recyled rubber about 3/8" thick.Ive used three or four over the years as i cut them to size,I have a TH 500 and it never slid off but it would move around on my SL cabinets, this holds them very still.Plus they act as a sound dampner and a full one works great under the cabinet for a fraction of the alternatives cost.
If you are afraid of pulling the head off the cabinet and the cab has handles, get a rubber bungee cord, hook it to one handle, pull it tight over the head and hook it to the other handle.
I’m going to try some kind of mat. The I figure I could add Velcro to the mat and bottom of the amp if necessary.
I bought this amp as a backup and practice amp quite some time ago. I don’t have a lot of gig experience with it. Lately I’m beginning to like it a lot better than my Streamliner for live performance. So much so that now I wish I’d bought a TH 500 instead of the 350. OTOH, I find the tone shaping drive concept interesting, I pretty much just turn it off. It couples well with my Aggie SL 12 cab, making a clear, non boomy and deep tone.
