1. It's going to cost 2x-3x as much as you think.
2. Unless you've built your own tube amps before, it's going to buzz and hum like a hive of bees.

But as long as you're cool with that, go for it. It's a lot of fun.

In a word: layout! There are rules that need to be followed for a successful result. Mostly they are all common sense but if you don't know tube amps you may well mess up unintentionally.

What Paul said. If you copy the layout of existing amps, you should do pretty good, but most people end up changing something, or laying things out differently, or screwing up a solder joint, and they end up having to figure out where the buzz is coming from. No biggie - that's how you learn.

That's not really a common topic here. IME TBers are not tinkerers.

If you want see what it takes to build a clone then go to The AmpGarage. Those guys clone Dumbles and Trainwrecks, organized by the original's serial number. They are of the opinion that when it comes to duplicating the sound of the original everything matters, right down to the color of wire, finish of screw and spacing of holes in the perf board. In addition to the mere schematic and parts list you will need detailed gut shots of the target amp including the routing of every wire.

There is a Train Wreck Express on ebay listing for $35k. OTOH you can buy a B15N for ~$500?.
