Wanted to share my new build

Hey all,

I've lurked around for a long time. Have been playing on and off for around 10 years. Finally finding more time to play. Recently built the MIM P-bass I have wanted for years! Let's get to it!
I have always wanted a P-bass growing up, most of my bass heroes rocked the p-bass. I loved the look of Jim Roots Fenders and that's what inspired the aesthetics of this build.
It's a MIM arctic white P-bass, hipshot tuners and kickass bridge, wd matte black pickguard and a Harris sp-4 signature Duncan pickup.
My other bass is A Ltd F-404fm that's probably 9/10 years old and still plays great.

That is a sexy pickguard! I’m looking into getting a matte black pickguard by the same company for a mustang bass I’m going to get myself for Christmas.
I’ve never had a matte pickguard tho, so I’m worried the paint might chip from actually using a pick. Does this happen?

Also do y’all agree that it would look sexy on this bass? The surf green body color is also matte!

Amazing build! One of the best looking bass I've ever seen, looks really modern. I also plan to install black hardware and matte pickguard on my polar white Fender Player II PB.
