I agree...turn that bass up on the first one. I like the tone on the second one, it needs to be tightened up just a bit but that is my sought after tone. Yippie!
If I'd have been in a position to do anything about the mix, I would have. But I was in Ukraine visiting my girlfriend. That track got emailed to me against the engineer's will because I asked the guitar player to send me something I could play for her off the recently recorded album. Those clips are excerpts from songs as they existed at that moment.

My latest build, “BlackVine.” Warmoth P-body, Moses graphite mother of pearl “Vine of Life” Tele neck, Lace Alumitone pickups, CTS/Switchcraft guts, Babicz FCH bridge, Hipshot Ultralite clover machines, Dunlop flush mount strap buttons, vintage Peavey T40 string tree, and custom commissioned pickguard & head badge by Alper Eskimez of Alperious Custom Pickguard who did an AMAZING job and was a true pleasure to deal with throughout the design process. Talk about your BLING!
BTW, that T40 string tree added 13 lbs to the build

Wowza! Very nicely executed! That's going to look outrageous in stage lighting. (Be sure you have good fret markers. A finish like that could be dazzling to the point of making standard fret markers invisible.)
I'm sure they are. But can they be seen on that bass in stage lighting? That's my point. Your bass has a lot of reflective surfaces on it.
I often play on neon-coated strings. The first time I tried them, they overwhelmed my vision in the poorly lit room I was in, and I couldn't see my fret markers at all.

I've been thinking about an Alperious pg - he does great work. An excellent build.

I feel this bass deserves a thread all of its own!
It clocked in @ 8.6lbs. I can’t remember what wood I chose as it’s been years since it sat on my workshop shelf and Warmoth trashed our history since the new website update. At any rate, I was surprised at how light it was.
That is a very manageable weight indeed. I'm guessing the graphite neck helps with that?
I remember reading when that was about to happen, and I took screen shots of my entire history. I don't know why they didn't archive that information.
From design, to reality! The neck came in a couple weeks ago with my other order and the body just arrived today -
Body weight is as 4 lbs 12 oz, and the neck is 2 lbs 2 oz. Altogether with the hardware, electronics, and a substitute set of pickups (real thing might be heavier), it clocked in at 9 lbs 1 oz without strings on my shipping scale. I still have wood to remove from the pickup cavities as well as the holes to drill for the controls. I also had some of the parts in its packaging, so there's a real possibility this one levels out at around 9 lbs or less.

GORGEOUS !!!! I'm especially impressed that you had a vision prior to purchase, as opposed to just buying what's in stock. That bass is going to be SICK !!!! It has all the characteristics of a great bass.
