Warmoth truss rod

There is no information about these on their website. Does anyone know the channel dimensions required for these rods, and do they use a flat or 'U' channel.

I have a build in the works, I need some other stuff from them anyway and they have a $25 minimum order.

the rod requires a 1/4" wide x 3/8" deep slot, can be U shape or square. Square is generally the norm because of the blocks at the ends

Thank ya sir! I called warmoth, the guy told me that he didnt know because they just have it programmed into their cnc machine.

Would anyone know what the overall length of this truss rod is. I emailed warmoth and they replied saying 20.75". Isnt that too short for a bass? I've seen ones online as long as 24"
