I have been wanting to get a Wal bass for a while now but i am not going to spend 7,000 bucks for it. So i was thinking of the next best thing which is to make my own bass. I love the body style of the wal MKII. I was going to ask warmoth to make a bass body like the MKII and i was going to put musicman stingray pickups and pre amps in it. I have played stingrays before and really liek the tone of it. I know i am NOT going to get that Wal tone so thats why i was looking at musicman electronics. Warmoth emailed me back needing a dimensional drawing of a Wal in order to give me a quote. Can anyone owning one provide me with one or atleast give me some dementions of the wal body?????
