Warwick Buzzard.

John Entwistle created the Buzzard. I personally don't like 'em, but whatever. Warwick now owns the right to the Buzzard, but he did play Status Buzzards after Warwick Buzzards.

I've played one. It was a great bass, all it needed was a neck smaller than a Redwood tree, decent pickups, and good electronics. Other than that, if it had been 1/10th of the price, I would have bought it. It did look pretty neat. Except the clubfoot headstock the bolt ons have. YMMV. I wouldn't buy one without playing one first to make sure it's really the sort of thing you like.

for me personally, i like the buzzard beacause i am a fan of the explorer and that reaminds me of them. Plus, i was at the ROCK AND ROLL HALL OF FAME and they had a john entwhitse red buzzard bass and i was very suprised about how big it was. so yeah i would take it if i had the chance. and, war wicks are made out off the best wood Germany can get. yeah i would buy it.:D

It's certainly one cool bass.

I'd love one, or two. Or like a dozen. It reminds me of a Thunderbird. Similar body shape, thunderbirds and buzzards are both birds, it also reminds me of an Explorer, similar body shape again.

I think that the Status-Graphite Buzzards look way cooler than the Warwick Buzzards too.

That's what she said.

really?

maybe i'm the only one tired of these because i know a guy who says them non stop...even when they don't make sense. also hot topic now sales this on a T shirt, that killed it for me too.

i like traditional body styles i guess because that bass just doesn't do it for me. it looks cool, but never something that i would play.
