Warwick korea move

I've wanted to get a Warwick 5 string thumb bass for some time but have been held back by their price - 3gs+ - Warwick is now moving production to Korea and I'm wondering if I should make my purchase soon to insure a German original. Also I'm wondering if I should go crazy and spend even more to get a neck thru cause having an original German n/t would be awesome and may appreciate in value a fair amount. Opinions please. Thanks.

They are only moving production of the Corvette standard, not the higher end models.

Keep in mind Warwicks actually have pretty bad resale value, considering what they cost new.

I've seen about 3 or 4 threads about this issue... And The Absolute True answer is: "Only Corvette Standart move to Korea"
