Warwick neck thickness issues

I was just wondering if anyone in here could help me out i played a warwick thumb bolt on 5 recently and loved that amazingly fat growl of it but the neck was just too thick.

Is there any way to reduce the size of the neck by shaving it down and not loose quality?

is there a warwick on the market that has a slim line neck?

Get a Warwick form the 90`s, before they f..ed up their necks

My SSIIs are both 04s, and my Thumb is an 05. There's a huge difference in neck thickness between them. I wouldn't suggest shaving the neckwood, that's got BAD IDEA written all over it. You may wanna order one from the factory if you've got the bucks. They can still put the pre-98 profile necks on basses, you just have to ask nicely.....
