Warwick Quad IV Opinions?

I'm looking at buying a Warwick Quad IV for $350 and am having trouble finding info on the head. It is about an hour away from me and would I'm hoping for some insight before I make the drive. I'm wondering:
-Is $350 a good price?
-What would you compare its sound to?
