Warwick with neck issue?

I don't know if I'll get clarified on this, but the way that crack's been repaired the guy seems to be telling the truth - my girlfriend's Thunderbird developed a crack in a worse position (and on a much worse headstock design I might add), and once repaired to a similar high standard she has had NO issues afterwards. I stress the crack was worse than that.

If you really like the bass then go for it, I would be surprised if that does turn out to be an issue.

I wouldnt even consider buying it unless I could personally check it out for myself,& give the truss rod a turn to make sure everything's ok with it.I agree,it's not much of a crack, but it's on a neck with a volute. This makes that area of the neck stronger & the cause of that crack must've been pretty catastrophic.
