Washburn Bantam B-60 Headless Bass

Hello all! Hope all is well.

I recently picked up a super fun Washburn Bantam B60 and really love playing it in the studio. I have other basses as tools but I would love add some steroids to this bass and make it my first go-to piece.
My focus genres are Reggae, RnB & Pop. The original pups are fine but I would like to maximize its tonal capabilities.

With it being passive, the current pups are low in volume too. So I would like to get some awesome pickups for it. Any suggestions would be appreciated! Also, would love to know suggestions for strings. Price no issue on anything as I’m on a mission. It just plays so good and has a great weight and comfort. Also it’s so practical in the studio due to its small form and it not needing a stand.

Any thoughts and advice would be appreciated. Any info on history or users would be appreciated too.

Thank you so much!
