I found this bass while I was just flipping through an online catalogue...and I can't decide whether I like it or hate it. Check it out

I don't plan on buying it, partly because I don't know where on earth the store is, but it's listed at around $550US, so its not too bad. Brand new as well. BTW I have NO idea how it plays, but considering the price, I reckon it could be a nice collector's item.
IMO, the design is just....not quite there, the colour balance is just off. Maybe if the body was just one solid color, like a one-tone natural wood, or even black, instead of the striped natural wood, then I would've been all over it![]()
Probably assembled in Japan or Korea at sweatshop hourly labor.
+1I like the detail in the neck, but I hate the dragon stuff on the body. other than that, its a sexy bass

And let's not forget the Antoniotsai company's eBay motto... "Just paying happy you can get very valued musical intrusments here"!
That's a must have. I'd feel so much satisfaction playing this bass while Elvis' tender adoring gaze is locked on me... "Baby let me be, your lovin teddy bear".

That would not happen in Japan. You would be VERY hard pressed to find anything coming out of Japan that is inexpensive or of poor quality.
