I have a TBer friend thats trying to induce Ric GAS on me bad....the moment they posted a pic to me in PM of a totally blacked out Ric (hardware included)...thaaat did it

I can't tell the 2(?) models of the Ric bass apart so I guess it doesn't matter which one, but I would have to say a bass that I can't have that Id like to at least try would be a Ric.

I would love an Alembic (maybe even with a graphite neck like this one!) but funds just don't allow for one at the moment.

Some kind of Super P bass, like a Skjold Lions Pride, only with more P bass type specs.
Something that combines modern, high end build techniques, with a traditional P sound.

One of these in a 4 banger with a Precision size neck, ( Skjold will only do a 1 1/2 @ the nut neck. Deal breaker) , passive with a high quality, vintage voiced split coil P p/u (again, Skjold only uses their own p/u's. Again a deal breaker for me)

These look AWSOME, and I'm sure they are, but some of the specs just don't suit me.
