Webcam with audio line input - recommendations?

Hi,
I'm looking for a webcam to do some video recordings of my bass performance. I'd like to connect the output of my mixer to the webcam rather than using the webcam's built-in mic. (Or is it better to just use the mic input on my laptop - will that work?)

Any product suggestions? Video quality does not need to be great - hoping for something sub $50.
