Im in a three piece rockabilly band playing an EUB, and done about 5 months gigging in this formation. I've got a Gear4Music own brand EUB costing £250 with a built-in piezo pickup to an active preamp. Up until now I've found it fine for gigging, but we're all looking to upgrade and I was wondering about adding some Weedwackers to the bass along with this pickup (http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Rockabill...228&pid=100015&prg=1006&rk=3&sd=140891901599&)
If anyone's got any experience with weedwackers coupled with this type of pickup, any advice is welcome
