Haha agreed. Its a powerful bass, and it can get so loud with still no background buzz. I was doing a little test and I cracked the cone on my wimpy Peavey practice amp. Regardless, the Music Man Bongo HH is the next best thing.

What that strange man is plugged into is the Markbass rig you can just barely see at the far left of the photo.
Next is a Peavey 1-15 cabinet that basically serves to hold up the Mackie PA head on top of it. (I bought the cabinet to leave at an old stinky bar...then I moved away.)
Beside that is the Ampeg 1-15 and an Ampeg 4-10, which is run by a Sunn 1200s (not visible).
The chair...stole that from my wife.

I believe all black hardware is only available on the Stealth model. So you will get black on black.

Yup; saw that. Wasn't that one on ebay a few weeks ago? I've got ebay emailing me everytime a Bongo goes up. Sadly, none of them have been fretless...
Here's a pic of my two 4HH Bongos - one in Egyptian Smoke w/ roundwounds and one in White w/ flatwounds. The Whiite one really looks amazing! I wish it had not been discontinued.

Good, you reminded me to post this.
In July, I ordered a stealth Bongo 5 HH unlined fretless with piezo bridge. About a month later I get a call from the local dealer saying they got an E-mail from Ernie Ball.
Turns out, you can't have a stealth Bongo with all-black hardware if you're going for a piezo because it goes into the bridge and is not black finish friendly blah blah blah (which doesn't explain why the tuners wouldn't be black, but whatever), so I had to reconsider my order...
Either a piezo or all-black hardware.
Turns out, piezo is an extra 405 euros (570$). In shock, I decide to go without the piezo.
A week later, it hit me:
The very reason I chose the 5 string version was because piezos aren't installed in the 6 string.
And it turns out 6 string HH fretless is cheaper than 5 string HH fretless with piezo, which i decided to ditch.
So I guess I'll have to wait some more for that 6.
