Well, the midwest hit it first, now the Big Apple boys are planning one ...

Howzabout a Seattle version???

I actually live across the water in Kitsap county, so can't offer to host, but are others in the area interested in trying to get together somewhere in Seattle???

Our church has a coupla other bass players (one with an upright), so I'll try to get them in on it too.

I can also bring a Tascam DP-01FX recording console to record sounds of different things, and a Audio-Technica dual element (it has condenser and dynamic) microphone.

I live across the water as well, in Bremerton. Either side is fine with me for meeting up.

Count me in from the Oregon contingent. I'd drive up. My in-laws are in Gig Harbor so you wouldn't even have to spare your couch!
