Double Bass What are these pieces from

I would love to find the book these pieces came from but I only have these 2 pages. They are not hard but I like them and would love to see the other pieces they may have been published with. I hope they are part of a collection of etudes or a method book. I liked them as a student 20 years ago and my students like these now. Any help would be appreciated.

It would help if you made the photo big and clear enought to see the composers' names, and maybe the publisher info on the bottom. Other than that I think you have a mazurka, toccatine (?) and a rondo.
