I had an SM-500 for a couple of years. Talkbass helped immensely to take SWR out, though. Not that I cared at the time...until I went to sell it!!! Should have just kept it at that rate.I remember what I started playing bass 11 years ago SWR and Eden were the cat's pajamas.
