Can anyone assist with any info or history on what I believe to be a USA made, 1970's clone amp?
The unit is a solid state WHAT! Bass amp.
The cabinet resembles a Music Man HD of that period. Graphics are clearly a Silver-face rip-off.
The amp preforms remarkable well and similar to what you'd expect from an Acoustic 360 of that era.
I baught it from a retired bassist who had got it second hand some 30 years ago here in Thailand. He used it almost weekly without any issues.
Quite incredible considering the constant power fluctuations, heat,humidity and loading in and out of gigs it must have endured!!
