What Bass is This? + Similar Basses?

I’d guess that could be a Cort or Peavy cirrus 5 string. Generally those style basses are modeled after the through neck 70s boutique basses like Alembic. Ibanez has some in the BTB line with the 74X and 183X models.
To expand on what Schulte wrote, here's the rear of a Peavey Cirrus BXP showing the neck through body construction.
For a number of reasons, I prefer NT basses and one of my favourites is an Ibanez BTB.
NT basses can be quite inexpensive for some models second hand, to the stratospheric at the Alembic and of the price spectrum.
The Peaveys, Ibanez BTBs and the Cort A4/5/6 basses are the most common and generally least expensive. Look around and go try some.

LTD B-5E
Dean Edge Select Pro 5
C5 Plus OVMH
They all look similar, but obviously are not what you have pictured. I'm guessing that is an older used bass with a 2 band preamp.
I'm thinking that's a Peavey Grind:
They are an affordable entry into a multi-piece neck through bass. Electronics are passive and finish/hardware kept simple to keep the price down. They tend to be very solid platforms for upgrading, though Peavey pickups can be odd sizes. Used they're typically pretty inexpensive.

I was gonna say the same thing , I have a 6 string that looks very mush like your pix Peavey Grind
Some of the Matsumoku brands (Aria, Vantage, Westone, etc) made basses that at least looked like that. You wouldn't know from the front, but they could be bolt-on, set neck or neck through, depending on the model.
Except that the maple stringers on the Grind are narrower that the "Bigfoot film"bass in the OP's link.

Not sure it’s a Grind either. Look how the neck pickup is right up next to the edge of the neck. And how big of a space there is from the bridge to bridge pickup.
Good catch. Where is the zoom and enhance that they use in TV and movies? gebass6 also noted the width of the stringers.

That pickup placement is what makes this trickiest to nail down.
Is the screen grab from a David Ellefson clinic vid?
Edit: nailed it. Jackson headstock was a dead giveaway.
Possibly better look at the bass?
There seems to be a 4 string version on his right, so this must've been a brand SamAsh carried around 2010, and not just some used oddity.
