Going for walks, seeing some cool cars.

Headrests, assuming one doesn't have a neck.
I thought there might be a particular term for them when they are part of the car body rather than part of the seat.

I thought it was a "cowl", but Google says I'm wrong.

I dunno.
If I remember correctly, they were supposed to improve aerodynamics slightly, but I doubt they made much of a difference. They certainly were not sufficient for rollover protection. Just enough to keep your torso intact, so you could wear your regular suit at the funeral? Just please keep the top panel closed on the casket!

Pulled into Walmart parking lot, saw the quad circular headlights of this old Ford directly ahead. No sooner had I snapped the pic, a guy walked by, did a double-take, pulled out his phone and snapped a side view pic, and continued into the store. I checked it out more when i got back from the store and saw that it is all patched up after body work, awaiting primer coats...

Hello again, everyone.

I just had time to grab this beautiful Camaro at a stop light.

And, I had about 10 seconds to chat with the owner.

He confirmed that it was a ‘68 Camaro, and that it had a 350 in it.

I wish I had longer to chat and was able to take a few more pictures, but the light changed.

C’est la Vie. 😎

The difference between a 67 and 68 Camaro is the 67 had vent windows and no side markers, and the 68 had side markers and no vent windows.

The exterior door handle delete is something I've never been a fan of.

I think they got a lot better looking starting in '69, if memory serves me. Like the GTO. '69 was a good year for the designers.

I used to salivate back in '67 or so over the Jeepster. I still cannot believe I liked that car, or at least the looks. IRL it was a POS. I also craved the Opel GT until I got my hands on one for a test drive. We had a 45 degree incline leading to the road the dealer was on and the car barely made it up.

I'll bite... what did they do with the door handles?
