What bass to buy

Hi,

Hope I am allowed to post it in this catagory.

I own 2 basses but looking to buy a 3rd one, but...I'm having a hard time finding what I want on Google.
These are the specs I am looking for:

J-bass, dark brown wood body (no burst, Walnut color), rosewood fingerboard with white block inlay, and a bridge humbucker and single coil neck pickup, both passive.

Since I do not know all the brands, I have trouble to find any bass with these specs, hope you guys/girls can help me out.

I'm pretty sure you can get a Sandgerg made to those specs.

I don't know of a factory "off the rack" bass with those specs.

I have tried that, but there configurator doesn't offer a walnut option, I created this bass with another configurator, (with black block inlay)

Oh, it's going to be beautiful, alright. That's what they do... suck you in with their good looks and exotic tone wood.

Years later, it's relic'd beyond recognition and you're left with, what could have been.

We're still talking about basses, right?

If you are somewhat handy I would recommend ordering parts off Warmoth and building what you want. It's not an option for everyone but if you can install some screws and have someone to install the pickups and electronics you would be set.

Also, I presume you're in Netherlands, and that US-centric solutions might not work well for you (e.g. Warmoth). Are there European shops like Warmoth?

Finally, I don't think there are many (if any) stock basses that fit your criteria. You might be able to source the parts, or a bass that comes close stock and then mod it to your liking.

If you were in North America, you could get a G&L configured exactly as you wanted. I don't know how much more G&Ls cost in Europe.

Fender Japan made a limited 62 reissue with a really nice walnut finish. They should be in your price Range used.
