What beer are you drinking right now? Part III

Been trying to finish up my summer type beers like wheats, pale ales, and saisons. I'll be transitioning with some local Oktoberfests before I start to get a little dark up in here.

Blue Moon is a decent stepping stone beer. New Belgium's Mothership Wit is a similar beer, only better and their brewery is very environmental.

I picked up Shock Top's pumpkin beer. Haven't tried it yet. I normally make a porter with a bunch of cinnamon that kinda has a pumpkin pie vibe to it. The roasty nature of the porter helps balance out the sweetness. I still have a 12 pack of it and a case of my Christmas beer, which mean I don't need to make them this year.

I currently have Northern Brewer's saison noel fermenting using Wyeast's Farmhouse Reserve. They instruct to ferment anywhere between 70-95 degrees with this yeast strain. I've been running low 80's. Very interested to try this one when it's ready.

Yeah, it's definitely one of those "readily available" types but it's one of my favs which is a bonus :)
Another that I would fit into that category is "Shock Top" (Belgian White):

For an Anheiser-Busch product, it's not too bad. In a pinch, it'll do.

I'm definitely going to have to try the Buffalo Bill's Pumpkin Ale now!

I didnt know Shock Top was Anheiser-Busch. It does suffice in a pinch.

Matt - have you tried this one yet:

If not, give it a shot. Good Fall/Winter brew IMO

Ive not. I tend not to purchase many lagers, and I dont recall having seen it, but if I do I'll pick some up!

Here here!

I've recently acquired a taste for Imperials and can say that they are one of my favorites :)

If you havent tried it, I highly recommend Firestone Walkers Parabola.
Its a special release Imperial Stout with a 12.5% abv
