What brand?

Hi,
I got this bass-guitar and I can't find the brand, it only says Eko at the top. Does anyone knows the brand? and I was also interested in the current value of both guitar and amplifier.

How much do you think I could get if I would put it on e-bay for example?
What's the price I should ask?

I don't worry about value, I would just put it up for auction with a low starting bid and let the market decide what it's worth.
