I'm building a Jazz style bass from Warmoth parts with a vintage tint birdseye maple neck, and i need some help picking a color. And none of that "you should choose what you want to choose" stuff here. I'm already set on an old school color, i just dont know what i want to do after that. haha. Hence my dilemma!!

Choices are:

1) seafoam green
2) surf green
3) light yellow
4) sonic blue
5) shell pink

Input on pickguard combos appreciated.
Again, this is for a J-Bass. And if you've got a picture of a guitar/bass painted in the Warmoth light yellow, i wanna see it.

Dark Horse did a few mock ups for me:

sonic blue! I would say shell pink but you have to be manly-man to pull it off, so are you? :D

I think you and I have the same idea for a build, I'm deciding between the classic pastel car colors of Fender or Shoreline Gold

I am not a "manly man", but I'm 17. So it seems like by the time it becomes ridiculous to own a pink bass it will have aged nicely. haha!

P.S.
Vintage colors RULE

I don't think you can go wrong with any of those choices. Seafoam Green is my fav of all of those though. Tort or vintage pearl pickguard. You could always do it without a pickguard too, with back routed controls or even with just the control plate on front. I think that looks really cool.

I don't like seafoam green or surf green. Seafoam is a good Precision bass color, surf green is a good Strat color, but I can't get used to seeing them on Jazz basses.

I voted shell pink, it's unique and classy.
