What color pickguard would work best for my Pbass?

With a dark fingerboard, I like tort.
Something that subtly elevates the mood and brings the whole audience into your experience.
I will jump on the tort bandwagon.
Black is one of the few colors I like tort on and I think it looks killer on black.

Gold anodized works on black with Rosewood/Laurel fretboards.

I like anything but plain white; snore. On anything. Either tort or anodized is good but they are two ends of the spectrum for sure.
If it was mine, a pearloid, whether white or all the way to a black, so many choices and all look classy.

One thing to keep in mind with those MIJ "lawsuit" P Basses is that the neck pocket is usually a bit slimmer than a Fender and the holes might not match exactly the same. But I have an Aria Pro P Bass with a WD pickguard and it works fine. There is just a bit of a gap on the G string side where the pg is a little wider at the pocket. It's hardly noticeable though.
