Yah, thats a wonky bridge design. You might consider getting an after-market bridge suitable for your bass. It looks like you have to adjust the bridge saddles with those tiny hex screws on the right-hand side of each saddle. turning the screw clockwise should raise the saddle, but only the right side !!! Anti-clockwise will lower it.
Normally, you would find two of these screws on each saddle, but ,,,aw hell,,, i really dont know why they designed it like that.
Hopefully your tech can make some sense of the thing.
I hope so, it seemed like he knew what it was, because he looked at it for a few seconds, and said"ah! There it is!" Do I'm assuming he knows how to fix it.
