I think he is referring to the many who seem to be thinking about something completely different than what they're doing in that particular moment, and the one's who are giving too much energy to the things that go wrong. I think it's a grave misunderstanding to think that he isn't enjoying his shows. Believe me, when you enter a state of flow as he describes, and you direct all your attention to the music rather than paying to much attention to what's going on around, man... Your body starts moving by it self, like your hypnotized, you don't care how you look or how you appear, you're just so in it. And you produce line after line, that's so great and well played you could could keep up with world class musicians. And the endorphine-rush after such a show. You don't need to eat, drink, smoke, take drugs. You are seriously, as corny as it sounds, high on music.
