Im looking at the Seymour Duncan p-bass pickups and im wondering what the difference between spb-3 and scpb-3 are? And in its description it says for s/c p-bass, what does that mean?

Just take a look at them. The SCPB-3 is a single-coil precision bass pickup like the one found on early ('51-57') Precision basses and some reissues like the Sting signature bass, while the SPB-3 is a regular, "tetris block" precision bass pickup like the one found on most Precision basses.
