hmm. the low registers make me think it has a high mass bridge. Maybe a Traben? amps, hm. Has an Ashdown sound to it, but I could be wrong.

Couldn't say what the bass/amp is, but I can say that I like the tone. Ballsy low end with a grindy, gritty high end with just enough clang.

I know nothing about amps, so I'll leave that question out. To me the bass sounds like it has moderately used nickel roundwound strings, two active soapbar humbuckers in roughly the same place as Jazz Bass pickups, 34" scale, bass boosted, favouring the neck pickup with both turned on, and a really heavy bridge.

reminds me of the mid scoop on the original sansamp. good sound.
