What Fender Jazz Bass Model Is This?

Hello TB World,
I came across this video of the magnificent gospel bass player Sharay Reed and saw he was jammin' on this beautiful 5 String Fender Jazz Model (Or at least i think it's fender) but any clue of what model it is and year if possible?

Just looks like a 5 string jazz with a terrible pickguard to me

It appears to be an MIA Deluxe Active Jazz V in CAR. Not sure exactly which year Fender switched over from the 5 in-line tuner arrangement to 4+1 on this particular model. My ‘98 MIA Jazz V is 5 in-line.

It’s exacly a 2003 or 2004 American passive jazz bass v
They are one of the best jazz basses of fender ever made
And it’s hard to find one
Usually no one sell this bass
