What head are you using with your Bag End S15D cabs?

I was running them tonight with a G-K 800RB and they were sounding slightly unhappy on the low notes.

I know this is an older thread, but in the interest of preserving information...did you check the Bag End badge on the grille? I picked up an older used cabinet that sounded great on 4-string, but was severely unhappy with B string. It was just the adhesive on the badge drying out and letting it rattle. I took the grille off and put a few dabs of cyanoacrylate gel glue on it to "tack weld" it back down and all was well. It doesn't have super-strong output for the fundamental down there, but at least it doesn't sound like it's dying.

A good long term fix for a loose badge is removing it, cleaning the old adhesive off and reinstalling with 3m acrylic foam (commonly called automotive trim) tape. Andrew I know it probably isn't still an issue but if it is lemme know and I'll hook you up. The stuff is not cheap, you only need a little and I have lots.
