What Head can I use with these Cabs ?

If you run them in parallel (for a 4 ohm load), each will receive approximately half the amplifiers output. That would establish a thermal power limit of 300w (2x150w). A little extra for some headroom won't hurt provided that you listen to your cabs and go easy on bass boosting. So an amp rated at 300w-500w into 4 ohms would be about right. Plenty to choose from!

If you run two cabs you will have to use this in two steps. Step 1 is either "2 parallel" or "2 series" depending on how you wire your cabs, then put in your amp wattage and the cab impedances. Then you can take the wattage for each cab and re-do the calculator for each cab independently (as long as you know the individual speaker wiring/impedance).
 
I would suggest you stick with an amp no more than 350 watts. You CAN use a 1000 watt amp, if you do as posted above by Paul. Be nice to your speakers, and they'll be nice to you. Be careful with the low end of the EQ too.

It appears you already have these cabs. If/when you go to upgrade, search "mixing speakers" or "mixing driver sizes" for some suggestions.
 
Whatever amplifier you choose, your best friends are your ears. If things start to sound bad you should turn down. You also have to remember that cabinet power rating are thermal, the melting point of the drivers. Generally drivers run out of excursion, going into damage territory, at about half that power.

+1, Many musicians do not listen objectively to the sound they are producing, seemingly unaware of the distorted sound coming from their cab(s).

I doubt very much that you will have the ability to run them series, unless you open them up. And with a 2x10 8 ohm and a 1x15 8 ohm, that's a whole other can of worms. The factory connections will almost undoubtedly be parallel.
 
+1 to listening to the speakers and being careful with the volume and low end; do that and you can use a thousand-watt head safely.

here's another trick: stack the cabs tallways, to create a taller, skinnier rig. you'll hear it better all around.
 
I use the MAG210 and I'm going to be getting a second soon to run a vertical 410. I use a BH250 (250w at 4) and it works great. It's plenty loud at 125w apx at 8 ohm and runs no real risk of going boom if used sensibly.

I used to use the combo of the 115 and 210 with an ABM 600 which was rated at more than the cabs could theoretically handle with no real issues. As others have said though, these days I'm better informed and would never run with mixed driver sizes by choice.
