Despite it being an April fool's joke, I'm digging that concept. Guess the joke backfired because I think a Majesty bass with a 24-fret neck and a 5-string option would be absolutely killer!

I think EBMM needs another 24-fret model besides the hideous Bongo (which, to me, looks like a toilet seat).

I'm not a big fan of overly curvey pointy horns on basses, but at least it would trim a bit of weight and it removes some of that bulky lumpiness of a typical MM. (covers head and runs...)

I don't think it looks bad at all.

if people begin demanding it, it wouldn't even be the first time an April Fool joke becomes a real product. Thinkgeek ended up kind of notorious for this: when a product they pitched wouldn't get approved by the licensor, they'd include it in their April Fool Day product announcements and let the fans start demanding it, and now it's just straight-up a day for test-marketing new products.
